Why do the seats on my Cedar look flat?

How to look after your Cedar and keep it looking great and feeling comfortable.

The seat cushions on the Cedar are filled with foam and a fibre topper. This requires a medium level of maintenance to keep them looking full, and feeling cosy.

The layer of foam is super resilient, giving the cushions a firmness at the centre, with the thick fibre topper providing a pillowy softness that results in an amazingly comfortable sit. Over time, with normal use, the foam may soften and the fibre may flatten, and your cushions will begin to look less plump - which, in turn, will make the sofa covering look slightly looser.

As long as you regularly plump your cushions, this is easy to avoid. Make sure you don’t sit in the same spot every evening and take the time to shake out or beat the air back into your cushions at least once a week. This is easy where the seats are removable but can also be carried out on fixed seating by applying firm pressure to the sides and front to plump the filling back into shape.
