Depending on when you purchased your sofa, you will have specific manufacturing and structural warranties.

If your sofa was purchased in the years from 2012 through to 2015, you had a 1 year manufacturing warranty, covering the interiors, leather, fabric, stitching and recliner mechanisms. Also included was a 5 year structural warranty, which covered any webbing or springs your sofa uses to support the back and seat cushions, as well as the internal wooden frame.

If you purchased your sofa in 2016, you have a 2 year manufacturing warranty, covering the interiors, leather, fabric, stitching and recliner mechanisms. You also have a 10 year structural warranty, which covers any webbing or springs your sofa uses to support the back and seat cushions, as well as the internal wooden frame.

If you purchased your sofa from 2017 onwards, you have a 2 year manufacturing warranty, covering the interiors, leather, fabric, stitching and recliner mechanisms and a 20 year structural warranty, which covers any webbing or springs your sofa uses to support the back and seat cushions, as well as the internal wooden frame.

All purchases from the 7th November 2023 come with a 2 year manufacturing warranty, covering the interiors, leather, fabric, stitching and recliner mechanisms, and a Lifetime structural warranty to cover any webbing or springs your sofa uses to support the back and seat cushions, as well as the internal wooden frame.
