If you have been notified to book your dates, then your order has or is due to arrive at your local distribution centre. Simply visit our MySofology portal online to book it yourself.
Remember that you'll need a credit card handy to pay any outstanding balance too.
MySofology will offer 7 days from the arrival of your new sofa to choose from, after which storage charges may apply. Be sure to visit MySofology as soon as you get your notification to get first choice of dates.
MySofology will also keep you updated with the expected arrival of your furniture as well as a whole host of other features. All you need to do is log in. There you can track your order, pay your balance, book delivery when ready and manage your account.
When booking your delivery please make sure you follow the process right through to end where you’ll be taken to the payment screen.
