When you log in to your MySofology account, you should be able to see an estimated delivery date for your sofa. Please be aware that this date represents the date we expect the sofa to arrive to our warehouse - not your delivery date. It is also important to note this is not a guaranteed date and it is subject to change at any time, dependent on the supplier.
Once we receive the goods from our supplier, we will contact you to organise delivery of your sofa. We would advise you wait until we contact you to book a delivery date before taking time off work or other commitments in preparation for the delivery of your sofa.
