The day before your delivery is due to arrive you’ll receive a text message giving you a 4 hour slot for our installations team to arrive. Please view this delivery slot as an estimate and try to have somebody over 18 years old at the address all day, just in case the delivery is delayed. Events may occur outside of our control that could mean we are unable to arrive within the time slot originally provided.
When the delivery team is on their way to you they will give you a call to let you know what time to expect them. This will usually be about an hour before they are due to arrive.
We know that waiting for your sofa delivery is exciting but we ask that you do not contact our delivery teams as they will try to arrive within the 4 hour slot you have been allocated. They will contact you if they will be earlier or later than expected.
