We know that lots of people buy sofas for homes that they haven’t yet moved into, so we try to make it as easy as possible to change your delivery address, but we’ll need to see some ID to make sure it’s all done officially.
If your current address or the address associated with your finance agreement differs from the address that you wish your sofa to be delivered to, please carefully read the information below:
In order for us to process a change of address, you must provide the new address and proof of identification at least 2 weeks before delivery of your sofa.
Ideally this should be emailed to your local store - the email address can be found online and will follow the format (insert store name)[email protected]. The email subject line should be ‘Change of Address request’. Your full name and order reference number (found at the top right hand corner of your invoice) should be entered within your email content, along with the new delivery address, including postcode. A copy of your I.D needs to be attached to the email.
Please note this MUST be sent from the email address that you gave when purchasing your sofa, which can also be found on your invoice.

Benefits award letter
Council tax bill (current year)
HM Forces I.D card
Alternatively, you can visit your local store with proof of I.D, where a Sofologist will be happy to help.
Changing your address if you have bought your sofa on finance.
Not all finance providers will support the option of delivery to an address other than that on the agreement, and it may limit your options when booking delivery. It’s best to speak to your finance provider directly to find out if changing the delivery address is a possibility first. Contact details for your provider can be found on your finance agreement paperwork.
