At Sofology we understand that life just happens and we also understand that sometimes circumstances change. It is however important to note that almost all Sofology furniture is made specifically to your order and that the manufacturing cycle starts almost immediately after you order.

In our experience most customers wish to cancel because they made the wrong choice for their room, so we’re keen to find an alternative solution for you if we can. It will incur a charge but we will help you find something that fits perfectly.

If your circumstances have changed and you wish to look at alternative payment methods, we are happy to help. We offer a broad range of interest free payment options that will help you to spread the cost. 

Cancellation is chargeable

Where we cannot reach a final, alternative solution and cancellation is the only option, a charge of 30% of the order value plus any delivery and re-delivery costs will be incurred. As a last resort, we aim to seek every other alternative first.

If you’ve paid over 30% for the furniture you wish to cancel you will receive a credit note that can be used as part or full payment for furniture for up to 6 months after cancellation.
