Unfortunately, after 48 hours we are unable to change an order. During the first 48 hours we create and build your order for the factory and we validate it with the production team. The process of ordering parts and scheduling production then begins and is not something we can stop.
Whilst we are committed to helping you as much as possible in your aim to make changes, it is not something that we can do at this point.
We will of course review your specific situation and look at options with you. All options carry charges and as the order is now placed, there are many occasions where delivery must be taken as ordered.
