At Sofology we take timing very seriously. Our team work tirelessly to ensure that every order arrives before we said it would. That said, there are a few occasions when shipping and manufacture can get in the way. Fortunately this is rare.

If you are affected by late delivery, please be assured that our team will be working hard behind the scenes to find a way to get your furniture to you as quickly as possible.

In the event of an extended delay, we can offer loan furniture and will credit your account with our standard late delivery promise award of £50.

Is cancellation an option?

Not usually. It is very rare that delays are significant enough to warrant cancellation. Unless there is a supply problem where the furniture cannot be made or delivered, we cannot offer cancellation as an option. We will of course help where we can with loan furniture.
