When you log in to your MySofology account, you should be able to see an estimated delivery date for your sofa, but please be aware that this date represents the date we expect the sofa to arrive at our warehouse - it is not your confirmed delivery date. It is important to note this is not a guaranteed date and it is subject to change at any time, depending on our supplier.
We would advise you to wait until we contact you with a confirmed delivery date before taking time off work or other cancelling commitments in preparation for the delivery of your sofa.
Once we receive confirmation of a date of arrival, we will contact you with a delivery date.
