Our teams deliver between 7am and 7pm.
Unfortunately, we are unable to give you a precise time when your sofa will arrive, only an estimated time slot. Unlike a simple courier delivery, a sofa delivery can be complex. Sofas are large and difficult items to install into homes and challenges are common when our teams arrive at different properties. It means that we are cautious when promising a time.
The day before your delivery, you will receive a text message letting you know your 3 hour delivery window and a link to track your sofa. This will tell you what stop the driver is at, what number your delivery will be and how far away the driver is on a map. The best bit? It’s all updated live!
Whilst it may be tempting to call about delivery times, unfortunately, we are unable to commit to a specific arrival time. This is because a delivery can take between 15 minutes at one property and 2 hours at another.
If our team are running late or early, they will always keep you updated, so if they don't call or get in touch with you, you can assume your delivery will be within the notified time
