If you have booked delivery and now need to change it, we are here to help. If you wish to amend your delivery date the new booking must still be within 7 days of your Earliest Acceptance Date, and at least 72 working hours notice is needed prior to the delivery in order to avoid a rebooking fee.
Please note: Should your goods arrive before your ‘Do Not Deliver Before/Earliest Acceptance Date’, we will store your furniture up to that date and 7 days beyond, free of charge. After this time period, it is your responsibility to source your own storage facilities.
The fastest way to re-book is by logging into your MySofology Account and selecting your new preferred delivery date.Alternatively, you can call our Delivery Arranging Team on 03444 818 181 and select option 1, or raise a support request
