If you have been notified to book your delivery date, then your order either has arrived or is due to arrive at your local distribution centre. Simply visit your MySofology account online to book it yourself.
Not had a delivery booking notification? It's unlikely that your order is ready to be booked. Your MySofology account will have the most up-to-date and latest information as to when your order is due.
MySofology will offer 3 days from the arrival of your new sofa to choose from. Be sure to visit MySofology as soon as you get your notification to get your first choice of dates.
When booking your delivery please make sure you follow the process right through to the end. You’ll be taken to the payment screen where you will be able to confirm your delivery address and contact details are correct.
You will also be given the opportunity to add notes with information that you feel our drivers need to know. Please note our delivery slots are all day timeslots, regrettably we’re unable to accommodate special requests for morning or afternoon deliveries.
