Find out when we confirm your sofa delivery date
When you place your order in store you may be given an expected delivery date to give you an idea of when your sofa could arrive, however this date is only an estimation, and further details cannot be provided to you until we receive confirmation from our supplier that your sofa is ready, including the date that it will reach our depot. For the latest information, check out your MySofology account.
Once we receive confirmation from our supplier, you'll receive a text message to choose your ideal delivery date. We would recommend that you wait until receiving this notification before taking time off work or cancelling commitments in preparation for your sofa delivery.
