What should I check?
Once your furniture has been installed, please check that:
- All items in your order have been delivered.
- The colour matches the one you selected when you placed your order.
- The product you've received is the correct model and configuration.
- Any additional items or accessories included with your order are present.
Our delivery teams take great care to ensure every order is complete, so it's very unusual for anything to be missing. However, it's always worth checking while the team is still with you.
If something is missing
If you notice that an item is missing during your delivery, let the delivery team know before they leave. They'll report it to us straight away so we can investigate and arrange for the missing item to reach you as quickly as possible.
