At Sofology we take timing very seriously. Our teams work tirelessly to ensure that every order arrives before your estimated delivery date. That said, there are a few occasions when issues with manufacturing or shipping can get in the way. Fortunately, this is rare.
Is cancellation an option?
We cannot offer cancellation as an option, however, we will always try to find a solution for our customers. This may include being able to choose an alternative sofa at the same value, however this may incur a fee.
