The day before your delivery is due to arrive, you’ll receive a text message to the account holder’s phone number giving you a 3-hour slot for our specialist delivery team to arrive, as well as, a unique link to track the delivery, which will become live on your delivery day. Our specialist team will give you a call when they are en route to your property.
Please view this delivery slot as an estimate, and ensure you have somebody over 18 years old at the address all day, just in case the delivery arrives outside of the timeslot. Events may occur outside of our control that could mean we are unable to arrive within the time slot originally provided.
