Plans change, and sometimes your delivery details need a little refresh too. Whether you’ve moved house, ordered a sofa for a new space, or simply need to update your details, we’ll help you get everything aligned.
The steps we need to take depend on how your order was paid for. This helps us keep your order secure and make sure your sofa arrives exactly where it should.
If you paid by debit or credit card
If your order was paid for using a debit card, credit card, we can update your delivery address once we have your new details.
Please contact the team here and provide;
- Your full new address, including postcode.
- Any delivery instructions you’d like us to be aware of.
Once your request has been completed, we’ll update your order details so your delivery is arranged using your new address.
If you paid using finance
When an order has been purchased using finance, we need to complete a few additional checks before we can update your address.
This is simply to protect your order and make sure your details remain accurate.
To request an address change, please contact us and provide one of the following documents showing your new address:
- A current account bank statement dated within the last three months.
- A gas, electric, or water bill dated within the last three months.
- A council tax bill covering the current period.
- A valid driving licence showing your correct billing address.
Once received, our Central Operations team will review the information and update your order details where everything is in place.
What happens next?
Once we have everything we need:
- We’ll review your request.
- Your order details will be updated where possible.
- We’ll confirm once your address change has been completed.
If we’ve asked you for supporting information and haven’t received it within 48 hours, we may get back in touch to make sure your request doesn’t get held up.
