If you’ve purchased Sofashield with your new sofa, you should receive your certificate roughly one week after your new sofa being delivered. It will be sent to the email address you gave us when you placed your order. Be sure to check the junk folder in your emails to make sure the documents haven’t been accidentally identified as spam by your email provider, it will have been sent from mypolicy@castelangroup.com
