If you're waiting for a refund following a return, please allow 7–10 working days for the process to be completed.
Before a refund can be issued, any furniture being returned must first be collected and received back at our depot. Once the return has been completed, we'll begin processing your refund.
If your purchase was made using a finance agreement, there may be an additional step required. In these cases, we may need to contact your finance provider to confirm the return, cancel the agreement and arrange for any monies paid to be refunded where applicable.
Because of these additional checks, finance refunds can sometimes take a little longer than standard card refunds.
We'll always work to process your refund as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 10 working days before contacting us for an update.
If more than 10 working days have passed since your furniture was returned and you've not received your refund, please get in touch and we'll be happy to investigate this for you.
