Find out what happens to your deposit if your finance application is declined
If your finance application is declined and you decide not to proceed with your order, your order will be cancelled, and your deposit will be refunded.
For most orders, your finance decision will be provided while you are completing your order, so we can discuss your options with you at the time.
Once you have confirmed that you do not wish to proceed, your order will be submitted for cancellation. Your deposit will normally be refunded within 3–5 working days once the cancellation has been processed.
For orders placed through our Complete at Home service, we will contact you within 24 hours to discuss your options if your finance application is declined.
